We can handle your account migration from your old provider to our servers as long as your old account is hosted with cPanel control panel.

In order to start this migration procedure you will first need to order the desired package from our website, then simply open a support ticket and provide your old account info (cPanel link, username, password).
One of our support staff will go into your old account and generate a full account backup and then move it over and restore it on our servers.

You will be notified by our staff and will receive another 'New Account Information' email once the migration is completed.
