How do I cancel my web hosting account?
If you wish to cancel your web hosting account you can do so by logging into your billing panel and going to 'My Services':

Find the package you wish to cancel, click the dropdown menu from the 'View Details' button and click 'Request Cancellation'
On the next page fill up the reason why you wish to cancel your hosting account (optional)
And select when it should be terminated, either right away or at the end of the current billing period.
